Erick has done more work in general than any other developer because he gets it done without pushback, does what he says within a timely manner, and notices 911 errors when they happen and will address them accordingly to ensure we are up and running.
Google says your products are approved. Shoppers see nothing.
I help online businesses make more money with what they already have. Merchant Center says approved. You search for your own product on Google and it is not there. Or the account is suspended for misrepresentation, and nobody can tell you what to change. The ads keep spending either way. I find out which of your products a shopper can see on Google today, which they cannot, and why.
A 30 minute call first. I tell you on the call whether I can help, before you pay anything.

Erick did a great job understanding my situation and I found a path forward with getting help from him.
A store falls out of Google quietly, and the green light stays green.
Merchant Center is Google's free product listing. It decides what shows on the Shopping tab, in Search, in Images and on YouTube. Google's own page says products are not guaranteed to show. Here are the ways a store drops out. The longer write-up walks through all five.
The link dies but still says connected
The Google channel in Shopify binds your Google account, Merchant Center and Google Ads on one screen. That link can stop working while the screen still reads connected. I have seen it on a live store.
One bulk edit, hundreds of products
A bulk edit strips one required field across hundreds of products. Google marks each one not approved, and nothing in Shopify tells you.
The price Google holds is not your price
Google's own rules say the price in your product list must match your page. If it does not, Google can mark the product not approved.
Business details not verified
Google asks you to verify your business details. Until you do, every product can go limited, which means fewer shoppers see it.
The spend keeps going out. The shelf is empty.
Shop owners say the same thing. Google says approved, yet a search shows nothing. The ads kept spending while the products sat hidden. The green light in your admin stays green the whole time.
Google's own screens tell you approved, limited or not approved. They do not tell you what a shopper sees. So you guess which products are out there, or you wait for sales that are not coming.
I shop your store as a stranger, read what Google says, and put the two side by side.
First a short call, like triage. Then the $285 check, like the lab. The results decide the fix, at a fixed price.
The call
30 minutes. You tell me what Merchant Center says and what you see on Google. I tell you whether I think I can help.
I search as a stranger
Ten of your products, searched on Google in a fresh private window, on a phone and on a computer. Screenshots of what shows and what does not.
I read Google's side
Merchant Center's own list and every warning. The connection to Shopify. The product list Google receives, against what your store shows today.
I fix your side and show the proof
Prices, settings, connections and apps put right at a fixed price. Then I check Google again on two days and show you both.
Google decides what it approves, and I will tell you that up front. I can put your products, settings and connections right and show you the proof. I cannot make Google approve a product or lift a suspension. If your account is suspended, the report says what Google is objecting to. It says what a review request would need to carry. Whether Google accepts it is Google's call.
A finished report for a real store: BoxQuiz was paying two apps for a job Shopify already did. Two apps sent products to Google beside Shopify's own channel. I moved the tag over and retired both. $199 a year saved.
Built for Shopify stores that sell on Google, or want to.
This is for you if
- Merchant Center says approved, but a search for your product shows nothing
- Products are marked limited or not approved and you cannot tell why
- Google flagged your store for misrepresentation, or suspended the account
- An app doubled your Google listings overnight, or stopped sending them
- You want someone to look before you put fresh budget into Google
Not the right first step if
- You do not sell on Google and do not plan to
- Your store is not on Shopify
The call is free. The paid first step is the $285 check below, with everything it covers on one card.
One $285 check of your products on Google. Everything on the card, before you pay.
The same job on every store, so the price does not move. What changes is what I find, and that is what the report is for.
What is in
- Ten of your products searched on Google as a stranger, on a phone and a computer, with screenshots
- Google's own list in Merchant Center: every product approved, limited or not approved, and every account warning. Whether Google has asked you to verify your business
- The connection: which Google account, Merchant Center and Google Ads account your Shopify channel is bound to. Whether that person still has the rights it needs
- The product list Google receives, prices, stock, links and images, against what your store shows today. Your channel settings. Any second app that also sends products to Google
- A written report within three business days, with screenshots. For every hidden or limited product, the reason Google gives, in plain words. Then a fix list in order, each with a fixed price. I say which fixes you can do yourself in minutes. If everything is showing, the report says so
What is not in
- The fix itself. I quote it in writing after the report, and the $285 comes off that quote
- Getting Google to approve a product or lift a suspension. That is Google's decision. I put your side right and show the proof
- Running your Shopping ads. That stays with you or your agency
Access I need
- Shopify admin access. You share a four-digit code from your Shopify settings. I send the request, and you approve it
- Standard access to your Merchant Center. You add my email as a user
- Read-only access to Google Ads, if you run Shopping ads
- The name of any app that sends your products to Google
What I will not touch
- Your products, prices and settings. The check reads and tests. I change nothing until you agree to a fixed price
- Your ad campaigns, budgets and bids
- Your customers. The report carries product names and screenshots, not customer details
Paid by card, or through Shopexperts or Storetasker if you found me there. You pay Shorea Solutions Limited, my company. That name is on the checkout page and your receipt. Your card statement shows it too, sometimes shortened by your bank. How the check works, in full.
A sample report, made up so you can see the shape.
Made-up example. The store below does not exist and every number on this card is invented. It is here so you can see what you get for $285 before you pay. Your report carries your store's real numbers.
The headline
I searched ten of your products on Google as a stranger. Three showed on the Shopping tab. Seven did not. Merchant Center holds 340 of your products. Google calls 196 approved, 112 limited and 32 not approved. All 112 limited ones carry the same warning: business details not verified. All 32 not approved ones hold a price in Google that is higher than the price on your page. Fix items 1 and 2 below and all 340 can be eligible to show. Whether Google then shows them is Google's call. I check again on two days after the fix and send you both.
What Google says, and what a shopper saw
Read in Merchant Center on the day of the check, and searched on Google the same day, phone and computer.
| What I counted | Count | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Products in Merchant Center | 340 | everything Shopify sends to Google |
| Approved | 196 | eligible to show, not promised to |
| Limited | 112 | shown to fewer shoppers until the business details are verified |
| Not approved | 32 | the price in Google does not match your page |
| Of ten searched as a stranger | 3 showing, 7 not | screenshots in the appendix |
What each number means
- 112 limited. Google has asked you to verify your business details and nobody has. Until you do, these products show to fewer shoppers. You can do this yourself in Merchant Center in a few minutes. It is the biggest fix on the list.
- 32 not approved. The price Google holds is the price from before your summer sale ended. The app that sends your products stopped updating prices in June. Google's rules say the price must match your page, so it marks each one not approved.
What I found: the three items
- Business details not verified. Fix: you do it yourself in Merchant Center. I send the steps. $0.
- 32 products sent to Google at the old price. Fix: correct the sync settings and resend them. $190.
- A second feed app sending the same products with different links. Fix: switch it off and remove it, so Google gets one list. $95.
What I need from you
- A yes or no on each fix. They are priced one at a time, and the $285 you paid comes off the total.
- Verify your business details first. It is the one fix only you can do, and the biggest.
Made up, every number of it. The shape, the order and the plain words are what your report will have.
Store owners who hired me, in their own words.
210 store owners' reviews, posted word for word. 73 of them are on Shopexperts, a site I do not control.
Beyond the development work itself, Erick's customer service was exceptional. He was communicative, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting it right.
Before you write.
- Will my products come back?
- If the cause is on your side, I can fix it and show you the products live. That means the data, the settings or the connection. Google then needs time to refresh, so I check again on two days after the fix and show you both. If the cause is a Google policy decision, I tell you that in the report. I do not charge you for a fix I cannot deliver.
- My account is suspended for misrepresentation. Can you lift it?
- No. Only Google can. The report tells you what Google is objecting to and what a review request would need to carry. Google's own policy page says suspended accounts are reinstated only "in compelling circumstances", so I will not promise it.
- Will this change my store?
- No. The check reads and tests. I change nothing until you agree to a fixed price.
- How long does it take?
- Three business days from the moment I have both the payment and the access to Shopify and Merchant Center.
- What if everything is showing?
- Then the report says so, with the screenshots and what I checked. You can stop guessing. The $285 pays for the check.
- Who sees my store?
- Only me. No team, no handoff. The login you give me is yours to switch off the day the report lands.
