Find out what your store is quietly costing you. $285, credited toward the fix.

I start every engagement with a diagnostic, not an estimate, and I price that diagnostic so it is a decision rather than a leap. I measure what your speed, ad spend, apps and tracking are actually doing, tell you where the money goes, and the $285 you pay for that becomes the deposit on whatever we fix next.

Ask about the audit 30 minutes on a call first. I confirm the audit fits your store before you pay anything.

01 · The offer
Step 1

The diagnostic audit. One store, one report, one prioritised list.

You give me collaborator access to your Shopify store. I read the store the way a customer meets it and the way your platforms report it, then measure the gap between the two. Within three business days of kickoff you get a written report that names what is costing you, what it is costing, and which fix earns its place first.

What the audit measures

  • Speed at the customer-facing surface: what is actually slowing the pages that make you money, measured rather than guessed
  • Apps you pay for every month that slow the store they bill, or do work your theme already does
  • Tracking that fires twice or three times over, so your revenue numbers read higher than your bank account
  • The seam between your store and Google, Meta and your analytics, where ad spend loses the ability to prove its return

What you receive

  • A written report in the order that matters: the finding, what it costs you, the evidence, and the fix I would recommend
  • A prioritised list with a price against each fix, so the next decision is yours to make with numbers in front of you
  • The report is yours to keep, written so that your own developer could act on it as readily as I can
02 · How the fee works

A deposit toward the fix, not a charge on top.

Three outcomes, stated before you pay so there is no surprise after.

If the fix costs $285

You pay nothing further.

The audit fee becomes the fix payment.

If the fix costs more

You pay only the difference.

The fix is quoted in writing before any work starts. The $285 already paid comes off that quote.

If you decide not to proceed

You keep the full report and the plan.

The fee covers the diagnostic work done. Nothing else is owed.

The price is $285 however we work together. Any platform fee is mine to carry, not yours.

03 · Where it leads

The audit is the first engagement, not the last.

The audit is priced to be an easy first step, and the report is written so the next step is obvious. Two recent examples, from the $285 audit onward.

4ENGAGEMENTS

Bought the $285 speed audit, then three staged fixes from the report: the essentials, the pages that take the money, then the cleanup and a theme decision. Each stage was a separate project she approved and released herself.

2ENGAGEMENTS

Bought the $285 audit of how his ad platforms saw his sales, then the fix the report put first: repairing the revenue signal his Meta campaigns were optimising against.

Neither store is named because neither owner has been asked for permission to name them. The engagement counts and prices are from my own records. All 202 reviews are here.

04 · Is this for you

Built for established Shopify brands with money already moving.

The audit earns its fee when

  • You are spending on ads and cannot say with confidence what they return
  • Your store feels slow and every app you add makes it slower
  • Shopify, GA4 and Meta each report a different revenue figure and you have stopped trusting all three
  • You are paying for apps you are not sure still do anything
  • You have been quoted a rebuild and want a second opinion before you commit

It is the wrong first step when

  • The store is not on Shopify yet: the audit reads a live Shopify store
  • You already know the fix and want it built: the fix packs on the solutions page start there
  • The store is pre-launch with no traffic to measure
05 · After you book

Four steps from the call to the report.

01

The call

30 minutes. I spend the first ten on whether your problem is the problem you think it is, and confirm the audit is the right first step.

02

Payment and access

You pay the $285 on the platform of your choice and grant collaborator access from your Shopify admin. The clock starts when both are in.

03

The measurement

I measure the store at the surface your customers meet and reconcile it against what your platforms report. Nothing on the live store changes.

04

The report

Within three business days of kickoff: findings, costs, evidence, and a priced list of fixes in the order I would do them.

One engagement to begin with

Start with the $285 audit.

Send a short note about your store and I will set up a 30 minute call. If the audit is not the right first step, I will say so and you will not have paid for anything.
